My Task List
The My Tasks List view allows the team members to view their assigned tasks across all projects and update the status of their tasks. The project schedules are automatically updated to reflect the status provided by the team member.
Comments can be added to tasks that will appear in the schedule for the project manager to see.
Task Status Emails
A status email can be sent to each team member who is assigned to tasks with the current task status information. The status email can be scheduled for one or several days a week to keep the team member updated on their list of tasks. A hyperlink in the status email takes the user right to the My Task list view so they can enter status updates and comments.
