Team Member Views

The team member views provide your team with a list of tasks they are assigned to across all of the projects so they can provide status in one place.

Dashboard and Reports

A graphical dashboard provides users with an overview of the projects and tasks that they are currently working on or assigned to. Reports offer the ability to print out information about projects that exists within Cobalt Project Manager.

Change happens on projects, and it is important to track those changes throughout the life of the project. Enter in project changes and track them to approval.

Document Management

Instead of sending documents back and forth via email, you can upload project documents into Cobalt and store them in a central location so that all project members can access them. Documents can be linked to scheduled task items.

Calendar

The calendar shows tasks that are assigned in a familiar monthly or weekly view, and can be filtered by project and resource to allow insight in to current workloads. Easily see which tasks are coming up in a familiar calendar layout.
